How we do ?
Requirement gathering
Requirements gathering is the exploratory process of researching and documenting project requirements. Truly effective requirements gathering and management is started at the very beginning of the project.
Planning
A plan is a written document that describes in detail how a PROJECT usually a START —defines its objectives and how it is to go about achieving its goals. A plan lays out a written roadmap for the firm for MAKING EFFECTIVE PROJECT AND ITS EXECUTION financial, and operational standpoints.
Testing
While we complete our projects as per requirement and planning to the client and ready to give them demo for first tril, in meanwhile if they are facing any issue and problem to operate so we can solve and correct it.
Execution
This is the longest phase where planning is replicated to real-time implementation to deliver the project as promised. Since this is the longest step it takes a lot of other collaboration of different departments from Information & Technology to contribute at large.
Review
After all testing and giving demo once client give them feedback on that and if there is any change so we do as per their requirement.
Final delivered
As per all requirement and planning we give final code to the client.
